AC not working properly we don't have provision to set the temperature of AC. If you want to adjust AC you have to call to reception they will bring the remote and adjust but after that also will not work effectively.Hotel is under renovation dirty everywhereTV they will not subscribe will take one day time to rechargeFood is very poor not at all worthyOverall not worthy

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.Green Apple Hotel confirmed our room booking, but when we reached early morning, they told us the rooms were not available and made us wait for nearly 2 hours with no proper response or solution.Due to their mismanagement, we were forced to wander on the streets early in the morning looking for other hotels. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.If you cannot provide rooms, do not confirm bookings.Highly irresponsible staffThe staff never bothered to come and explain the situation. We were left waiting with no communication at allAvoid this hotel.

They are maintaining the rooms and halls very cleanly and hygienically.Food of their internal restaurant "Sahaj" is tasty and yummy. Food Rates are around 500-600 per person. They have a wide space of waiting in reception with basic amenities like TV, Newspapers and magazines. Washrooms are also in a good state.The management are friendly and cooperative during our visit for formal meetings and parties in this hotel.Overall a nice hotel alongwith with a restaurant. Have a look if you are planning for any visit or meeting in Gajuwaka.
