Disappointing Hotel Stay

My experience at this hotel was quite unsatisfactory. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty bedsheets and cigarette butts left in the bathroom, making the room feel unclean and poorly cared for. The staff's conduct was also disappointing, especially a member named Ram, who was rude and unprofessional, showing little respect or interest in serving guests properly. A hotel should focus on cleanliness and guest happiness, but sadly, my stay did not meet these expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues by enhancing housekeeping and staff training.
