Breakfast was complementary but they not aware about my breakfast on time that was too cheap from my side

The room photos they posted do not match the actual room, which looks quite different. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're expecting something luxurious. The executive room I reserved was completely different from what I received.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Jataka Inn, Bodhgaya. Although there was some initial discomfort with the room allocation, Manager *Pankaj Naveen* went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences, ensuring everyone was satisfied. Their hospitality was truly commendable.The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, and the ?? la carte lunch was delicious. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and everything is well organized. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Basement parking is available, which is very convenient. Tea and food services are good, and the staff, including the waiters, room service personnel, and security guards, are polite, cooperative, and always willing to help.The only area that needs improvement is the evening reception desk. The receptionist was argumentative and made the check-in process unnecessarily unpleasant. If you book through Agoda, please make sure to carry a valid ID card for every guest. I carry only my icard, If this is a mandatory requirement, the hotel should clearly mention it in the booking confirmation to avoid inconvenience and confusion for guests.Overall, despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the quality of its overall facilities.
