They accept your online booking, but upon arrival, they refuse check-in and divert you to a terrible, cheap lodge in another location. Do not trust the images. I traveled with my aged parents and we were completely fooled. The staff was incredibly abusive, refused to take responsibility, and arrogantly stated they were "doing us a favor" by relocating us to a substandard room. Do not book here.
