The restaurant service was extremely slow and disappointing. Every order took a very long time to arrive, and the overall service was poorly managed. In particular, ordering food to the room was a frustrating experience’the food took hours to be delivered.The staff should improve their response time and service management. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory and definitely needs significant improvement

The service at the restaurant was very slow and unsatisfactory. Each order took a long time to come, and the service seemed poorly organized. Especially when ordering food to the room, it was very frustrating as the delivery took hours. The staff need to work on their response speed and service coordination. We spent one day at this hotel. All the staff were very professional. What stood out the most was the General Manager, Mr. Abhishek, whose manner was warm and felt like family. During breakfast at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. We encountered no issues during our stay.
