Hotel Jyoti International, Asansol

Had a very disappointing visit to Jyoti International Hotel with my family and a small baby. When we arrived, only one table was taken while the rest were empty. I kindly asked the staff for a seat that would be comfortable for our baby, but despite asking multiple times, he refused and behaved rudely towards us. What surprised me even more is that I hold a Privilege Membership Card, for which I paid Rs. 1200, and we visit this hotel regularly. Such impolite service is unexpected from a well-known hotel. Families with children deserve basic respect. The hotel management should address this and ensure their staff are properly trained. Not suitable for families.

The room is neat and clean. Staffs are polite but most of them can't understand Bengali. Only one staff at their dinning room is active, others are just worthless, they neither come to listen nor provide proper menu items which we want. They forget most of the time if you ordered some food in room service. The ambience is moderately decorated. Location is good and it’s in Kalyanpur.
