My experience at Hotel KGA Elite Continental, particularly in the Cheers Bar area, was very disappointing. The customer service was quite poor, and the staff showed little concern for customers who were waiting. We ordered a simple fish finger fry, but it took over an hour to be served. The main problem was not just the delay, but the total lack of communication from the staff. If there was a reason for the delay, the staff should have informed us instead of leaving us waiting without any updates. For a hotel with a good reputation, this basic level of communication and customer care is expected. Customers should be notified when there is a significant delay and not left waiting without any explanation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the management needs to seriously address the customer service and staff responsiveness at the bar.
