reached at night around 10 PM after traveling from Goa and was searching for a good hotel. Luckily, I found this place at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was also very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good experience.’If you want, I can also make it shorter (for Google review) or more powerful with 5’ style

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all’bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom was unhygienic, and there was a bad smell in the room. Basic amenities mentioned during booking were either missing or not working properly.The staff was uncooperative and showed no interest in resolving complaints. Despite informing the reception, no action was taken. The overall service was extremely unprofessional.Considering the price, the quality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not stay here again.

Not sure, what is WORST, the location of the hotel or the staff behaviour. Rooms are okayish for the price but the staff of the hotel dont know how to speak with a customer. Cleanliness is a big issue and big NO for female traveller's.

’ Absolutely Avoid: A Highly Disappointing Hotel ExperienceThis hotel offers an overall experience that is nothing short of terrible, and I strongly advise against staying here. The establishment is riddled with significant issues, starting with a terrible location and a deceptive booking process. Guests who booked a double deluxe room were reportedly given ordinary rooms with broken doors and locks, sometimes with the toilet outside the room and extremely dirty. While the rooms themselves were not well maintained the washrooms are universally unhygienic. Compounding the misery, they enforce a complete monopoly by prohibiting outside food. This forces guests to order from their on-site restaurant, where the prices are outrageously high and the food is bland and disappointing. Even simple items like coffee were tasteless, made with low-quality, foul-smelling powdered milk. Honestly, the experience was so poor that one should only consider this hotel in a dire emergency with absolutely no other options. This hotel is essentially a fraud and should be absolutely avoided.
