Hotel is good too. Service is nice. Food is nice.

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the room was neat and clean. The mountain view room and the food were also good.

1.Position of the hotel is 1 k.m or less from mall but is at tv tower area which is at very high altitude and steep stairs to reach reception adds the pain.So if you're coming with elders and knee problems it's difficult.2. No lift.Further adds up to the above problem.3.No t.v s in rooms.So for bad weather,just seat quietly and get bored.4.Rooms are not as promised.Bathrooms are substandard in some rooms.5.Service is careless and casual.staff is inadequate.6.Cook is good but very cheap budget for foods.No varieties, mainly eggs or vegs.

The hotel is located within 1 km of the mall but is situated in the TV tower area, which is at a very high elevation and requires climbing steep stairs to reach the reception, making it difficult for elderly guests or those with knee issues. 2. There is no elevator, which worsens the accessibility problem. 3. Rooms do not have TVs, so during bad weather, guests have little to do and may get bored. 4. The rooms do not meet expectations; some bathrooms are below standard. 5. The service feels careless and informal, and there is not enough staff. 6. The cook is good, but the food options are very limited and inexpensive, mostly eggs or vegetables.
