The staff was very rude and crated a nuisance as we stepped in didnt not assist i guess the manager name was ankit he did not get our ac turned on or our room clean even after complaing

Very disappointing experience. The service staff hardly responds, and most of the things in the property are either not working properly or poorly maintained. The food quality was very bad, and for every small request, we had to wait for hours.Most importantly, around 90% of the facilities and services mentioned online were either unavailable or not provided at all. Overall, the hotel does not match what they advertise on the internet. Would not recommend this property.
