Good hotel near Delhi airport he rooms were clean and tidy.The stay was comfortable. All staff and owner behaviour is good, everyday room cleaning, so you can book this hotel also good location, and best for low budget. For travelling vehicles can be found near the hotel. Overall the hotel is the best to stay
’’’’’ (1/5)One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.As a blind guest, I expected basic respect and accessibility, but instead I felt ignored and discriminated against. The room AC was locked at 29??C, and guests had no control over the temperature because the remote was disabled. Despite the extreme humidity, we were forced to spend the entire night in unbearable heat.It honestly felt as if the management assumed that because we are blind, we wouldn't notice or complain. That attitude is unacceptable.The staff was insensitive, unhelpful, and showed no concern when we raised the issue. A hotel should treat every guest with dignity, especially persons with disabilities, but this place completely failed to do so.I strongly do not recommend this hotel, especially to people with disabilities. Save your money and choose a hotel that actually respects its guests.

The lighting was very poor, and the bathroom had multiple holes in the ceiling as well. There was a strong smell of cigarette in the room.To top it off, the fan was not working at all and the staff refused to fix it even after we requested.Totally disappointed with the condition and service. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
