"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was neat, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very cooperative specialy Mamta Madam and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely visit again."

'Maple Ivy a 4 star hotel with a 7 star service'Maple Ivy is a great hotel.The property is clean and well maintained. Food excellent and hygienic. Indoor Pool is well maintained clean and play area excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean, neat and well kept.Now, to the main part, the service is excellent. You can just keep on going on and on about the quality of the service and still it will not suffice.The staff makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. The smile on their faces when they see you is genuine and warm. They will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Your every discomfort becomes their discomfort and will try their best to resolve your issues without delay.Right from the watchman at the gate, to the bell boy, to the receptionist, to the restaurant staff, to the room service, you will be given prompt service.For my kid, they literally ensured they got the right kid food. Need exta towels? Housekeeping came with extra towel for the kid in 5 mins, need food? The staff rushes to get your order right.Kudos to Mamta, Poonam, Amar, Ashish and the whole Maple Ivy team. They literally ensured my stay was happy and comfortable for my family.The restaurant is a premium restaurant named Saffron, you need to eat atleast once, the food is simply amazing and premium. The chef also considers extra care and the waiting staff ensures you are served on time and properly.During my whole stay, I didn't even see a single spec of dirt it was clean from the housekeeping staff.The reception manager Mamta and Poonam literally helped me at every point of booking rooms. Ashish the night reception manager ensured that anything needed in the room was provided within minutes.Amar from the restaurant played a crucial role in ensuring that every food order was delivered properly and promptly. You are with your kid? No problem, they arranged every chair and utensils for the kid in minutes.Car park? The watchman runs to help you park.I am simply amazed by this place and I am going to keep coming back for Alibaug and this place, recommending to everyone who wants a luxurious stay with literally no hassle.P.S: The honest staff literally couriered my lost item within a day to my residence. Their staff literally coordinated and even confirmed with me that I have received my item safely.5 stars to them, wish I could rate them more. As some other person has highlighted in their reviews earlier, they bring the back the era of great hospitality.

A great 2-day break! Everything at Hotel Maple Ivy was lovely, but the highlight was the service from Mamta. She went above and beyond to take care of us, making our personal trip even more relaxing. Professional, kind, and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Maple Ivy Hotel is a very decent and comfortable stay for families visiting Alibaug.The hospitality was truly appreciated, especially Poonam Ma’am at the reception, who was extremely cooperative and kind.
