Disappointing Stay

Extremely bad experience. The reception staff were rude. I would not recommend this place. Make sure to check the room yourself before booking, as you might be misled between Deluxe and Executive rooms. They didn't even explain the difference between Deluxe and Executive rooms after taking full payment. I booked a deluxe room but couldn't see any difference in size or area.

Disappointing Food Quality

I ordered three chicken biryanis from this place, but there was no chicken in them—only one egg. After calling them many times over two days, they finally told me to come pick them up, and they gave us two biryanis. Then the eggs were missing too. On top of that, the food had gone bad and the portions were smaller. Each biryani cost ₹263. Honestly, it's better to stay hungry than eat from this restaurant. I urge the manager to improve the food quality as much as the prices have increased.
