I have booked many hotels in my life, but this hotel was by far my worst experience.I booked this hotel for one day, which turned out to be a big mistake. I was traveling with my family and children during our Vaishno Devi Yatra. The room was in a pathetic condition. The bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers, and other linens were dirty. When I asked the staff to replace them, they kept giving the same response, claiming that they regularly change them for all guests.On the day of checkout, I was still on my way back to the hotel, but the staff and owner did not have the patience to wait. They started calling me repeatedly, saying that my booking was over and that they needed to give the room to another guest.I requested an extension until late at night so I could manage my travel plans with my family and two small children. However, the staff and owner were extremely uncooperative. Instead of helping, they started arguing and repeatedly referred to their hotel policies. They seemed more interested in getting us out of the hotel as quickly as possible and kept making excuses that no rooms were available.The staff and owner clearly do not know how to respect their customers, who are the source of their business. Due to their lack of support and understanding, I was forced to book another hotel.After this terrible experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure the owner will respond with excuses to justify their behavior, as they seem to do with other negative reviews. Overall, the staff’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.
