I have booked this hotel ( and a good cost ) for my family and we all were hoping to get some rest after a long travel however we all could not sleep because of too many Bed bugs in our room. When I reached out to the night staff, they denied help and behaved rudely. This is a health hazard and I don't know why Agoda is not checking these types of issues before listing the hotel. The hotel staff would have helped us but they chose rude behaviour over help.
