Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms are very cramped. They charge prices similar to tier 1 cities but fail to provide basic amenities like bottled water. They turned off the room AC, lights, and geyser just one minute after checkout without any notice, which is extremely unacceptable—even 5-star hotels don't do that. There is no landline phone to reach reception from the room, and reception isn't staffed continuously. We had to call them each time we needed something. If ratings could be below one star, that's what I'd give. The location is also poor, as it's not on the main road.
