Need to improve lists of things.Water comes inside room after taking bathNo hanger in roomNo curtain in windows although glass is transparentWashroom did not get clean properly. Previous travellers clothes were present in washroom.

The property benefits from good walkability and convenient parking, making it easy to get around. However the room size felt cramped without any proper ventilation. The hot water tap was taking years to fill a bucket. It’s a homestay not a proper hotel so staff service would be given by the family members. No doubt they were really very helpful.

होटल में कार पार्किंग की कोई उचित व्यवस्था नहीं है। सबसे खराब बात होटल मालिक का व्यवहार और बात करने का तरीका था। उन्हें ग्राहक के साथ सम्मानजनक तरीके से बात करना नहीं आता। होटल में कार पार्किंग के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है, और होटल का मालिक गेस्ट की गाड़ी दूसरी होटल के पास पार्क करवाता है। फिर उस होटल के लोग गाड़ियों के आगे के दोनों टायर की हवा निकाल देते हैं। जब हमने होटल मालिक से बात की तो उन्होंने कोई मदद या जवाब नहीं दिया। अगर कभी ओमक्लेश्वर मंदिर जाओ तो इस होटल में कभी रूम बुक मत करना क्योंकि सेवा और सुरक्षा दोनों खराब हैं। मेरी सलाह है कि इस होटल में बुकिंग करने से पहले अच्छे से सोचें। मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से इस होटल की सिफारिश नहीं करूंगा।

Disappointing Booking Experience

We reserved a 4-bedroom and a 3-bedroom room, but the hotel gave us two 3-bedroom rooms instead. This was not what we booked and caused significant inconvenience. The hotel should either provide the confirmed room types or notify guests ahead of time if there are any problems. My recommendation: avoid this hotel if you want a dependable and smooth experience.
