Rukmani Palace

The property benefits from good walkability and convenient parking, making it easy to get around. However the room size felt cramped without any proper ventilation. The hot water tap was taking years to fill a bucket. It’s a homestay not a proper hotel so staff service would be given by the family members. No doubt they were really very helpful.

I have been to many hotels and places but by far this is top in worst hotels. First of all they don't respond promptly at all. It was very difficult to reach this place first and they did notHelp us or guide us to reach this place and the auto guy had to go here and there. When we reached there, surprisingly there was no one at the reception to attend and then we had to call them out. The outer area is full of dirt and no cleanliness at all. Then someone came showed us the room but did not help us to get the luggage and we had to carry it by our own to the first floor (had no choice). Then we entered the room we saw hairs on the bed-sheet and we on the spot showed them and asked to change. They did it. The room has no ventilation at all. The bathroom was very dirty and the buckets and cups were quite old. I dont knw how we used but w ehad no other choice. The electricity was going on and off during our stay. The chargers were not fitting inside the plug. We had to try so hard to plug it. We ordered tea and the tray was so dirty that no one would use it. Then we ordered 6 teas without sugar. And as expected from these guys it was full of sugar even after instructing them they put sugar. We caller and informed and they took it back and served again and again no surprise there was sugar again. We took it to them instructed again. Surprise surprise it happened again. Now i decided to just have it as there is no other option and paid them. We wanted to get some help regarding auto and taxi but their response was slow that we did it ourselves online. The guy also knocked the door at around 11. 30 pm when we abt to sleep just get payment of tea. If i could give review below 0 i would have given that.

Rooms were cramped. Considering the price, there were no real services. The road access was poor. The owner's behavior was not good. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I had a great stay at Hotel Rukmani Place and definitely plan to return. The rooms were clean and peaceful, and the staff and manager Karan Borisa were very kind and helpful with excellent behavior 😊

The rooms felt very homely. The staff were friendly and provided helpful service. Tea and coffee were available. Located 2 km from the temple, it is a budget-friendly homestay.
