It was very good stay, restaurant will be closed by 9pm. Rest all are good. Washroom also neat and clean, have hot and cold water all the time. Big bed. Overall fully satisfied, recommended.

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel in Manali. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout my stay. The service was poor and completely disappointing.At checkout time, instead of handling things politely, they sent multiple staff members to force us out of the room, which felt very uncomfortable and intimidating. The behavior was absolutely unacceptable.The property also did not feel safe at all. There were no proper security cameras, and the overall security arrangements were very poor. As girls, we did not feel safe staying there because staff members would enter near the room area without proper notice, which is highly inappropriate.They also did not have a card payment machine, which seemed suspicious and unprofessional.I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel, especially for girls or families. Safety, respect, and basic hospitality were completely missing. Please think twice before booking this place.
