Solo Traveller • Aug 2025The room doesnt have hot water post 10am. So if you check in late after a long days travel, there is no hot water for a bath. The rooms are dirty and unclean with lizards in it. The flush doesnt work and there are damp walls. Also, there is some kind of chemical smell in the room that slowly creeps if you somehow manage to settle down. There is shady bar on the ground.
I booked 02 rooms for 16 and 17 Jun 25 through Agoda app and got confirmation also. The rooms were smelling like those were not been opened or cleaned. Found unhygienic condition like cockroachs were to roaming around in the room and room alongwith washroom were smelling. Hence I cancelled the order on the spot. It's better first look the condition of there rooms then decide accordingly, better explore the other hotels also.
