The desk person was rude. His behaviour was like u have to carry your bags on ur own. My staff not available right now.Then main thing of this site is this isn’t a Hotel but this is a LODGE.They should have mentioned this.According to them the room was different from the image shown.The corporate staff were starting there.Agoda should banned this LODGE from their app.

At Ambad MIDC.. little bit far from highway.Food quality average.Limited breakfast 2, 3 items only.Room was neat and clean.

Visit d during a business travel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They attend to room cleaning everyday. Hot water supply is very good and continuous.Breakfast choice is limited variety but tastes good. Other room service options are available. Slightly expensive but tastes good. Swiggy, Zomato and other online delivery options are also available in the area.Uber, Rapido options also work well. Staff members are helpful and courteous. WiFi was slightly on and off. Overall a good mid budget option.

I had a terrible experience staying there because of one staff whose name is Mangesh. I told him politely that I have booked the hotel with 1 parking space so I should be alloted one andI don't wish to park my car anywhere else apart from the hotels slot. He however started arguing and yelling. Using abusive words in front of my wife and instigating a fight by asking 'do you want to start a fight?' I recommend people avoid go to this hotel because I believe he must have been drunk and even if not then that is a bigger problem. Because such behaviour was very threatening.In terms of the room it was okay but really doesn't matter when the staff is not well behaved. And yes one more thing we reached the hotel at 12pm and check in was at 1pm, he was very rude in informing as well that we are not allowed before 1pm. I understand the hotel reserves the rights for checkin and rightly so 1pm is the correct time, but the way we're spoken was very bad. And he mentioned check out is sharp 11am without excuses. So overall a very very very bad experience.
