The property is perfectly located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and offering good value for money. However, cleanliness and staff service could be improved, as they felt just average during the stay. Facilities were adequate but lacked standout features, which slightly impacted the overall experience.
We had a very bad experience at Hotel Panchvati Yatri, Nashik.During check-in, the hotel staff lost our room key, and until alternate arrangements were made, we were kept waiting with our luggage.We were three people, but only one towel was provided initially. After repeated requests, the hotel finally provided three towels.The bed sheets were torn.The A/C and TV were not functioning properly. As per the booking, the hotel was supposed to provide an extra bed, but instead they provided a mattress spread on the floor. The mattress was full of cockroaches and bed bugs.The tap water was dirty and brownish in colour. The room walls were dirty and dusty, and the water taps had leakages.The Udapi food at the hotel was reasonably good, but the waiting time was very long. Even with the masala dosa, chutney was not served initially. After repeated requests, the staff finally provided it.This hotel has a lot of scope for improvement. I would never suggest this hotel to my friends and relatives.
