Hotel Seven Sky

I ordered biryani from Seven Sky through Zomato, and the experience was quite disappointing. The biryani was extremely bland and lacked any proper flavour. It honestly did not feel like authentic biryani at all.Another major issue was the temperature. The food was not hot when it arrived; it was only lukewarm, almost as if it had been taken out from the fridge and poorly reheated. This really spoiled the overall experience.The packaging was also below average and did not help in keeping the food warm. Considering the taste, quality, and presentation, the food did not justify the price at all.Overall, very bad taste and below-average quality. I would not recommend ordering biryani from here and would think twice before ordering again.’ Rating: 1/5

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Location is convenient, making travel easy. Food quality is good and service is quick. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money. Would recommend to others.

We had a booking elsewhere but it had some issues’ so we were literally kind of roaming around without a place to stay’ we were females travelling from Delhi (and you know we are always paranoid about our safety, obviously)’ so by chance we saw this hotel and asked if they have room available’.The person at the front desk was polite and understood our situation and offered us a decent room with decent charge..We had dinner in the adjacent restaurant they have’ food was good too..Thank you for giving us a good stay experience.

The room was booked for three people but the receptionist said it was only for two.

Good service, 24*7 hot water, hot water kettle in rooms, clean towels, clean washrooms, decent breakfast. All basic facilities were provided, and entire property was very clean. Receptionists were also very attentive and soft spoken. Nice experience in their Diamond room.Check-in took a little more than their mentioned time as room was not ready, but thats just a small issue, rest everything else was fine.
