Hotel Seven Sky

I had a very pleasant overall experience at the hotel. The housekeeping was excellent, the view was beautiful, and the transport services were convenient. The amenities were good, and the room was comfortable, making for a relaxing stay and a good night’s sleep. The food was also very good, and overall, all the services were well managed. I would be happy to stay here again.

A pleasant stay with a nice breakfast at reasonable prices.

Our stay at Seven Sky Hotel in Nashik was quite disappointing. The staff was slow and unresponsive. Our intercom stopped working, and despite calling the desk several times and informing the bell boy, we received no assistance throughout the night. Additionally, the leather sofa bed was uncomfortable, and they did not offer any extra covering. The service showed a lack of professionalism and did not prioritize guest comfort, as our issues were not handled promptly or effectively. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and left us very dissatisfied.

Our stay at Hotel Seven Sky in Nashik was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and the service was extremely poor. The room intercom didn't work, so we had to keep using the floor intercom to get any help. We booked a room for three people, but the hotel didn't provide proper extra bedding. The staff admitted they had no spare bedding and expected the third person to sleep on the couch. Only after many complaints did they give us a bedsheet, which was not an acceptable solution. If the hotel can't properly accommodate three guests, they shouldn't accept bookings for three-person rooms. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory due to bad service, missing basic amenities, and unprofessional management. We will not stay here again and don't recommend it to others.
