I booked a Superior Deluxe Room through Agoda, paying a considerable amount expecting at least basic comfort. I travelled all the way from Delhi and checked in around 11 PM, I found that the AC was not working and the fan was also running very slowly. I immediately complained to the hotel staff, but they simply said, **“We can’t do anything.”**The room became suffocating, so I had to open the window, after which mosquitoes and insects entered the room. I literally spent the night without proper sleep.When we complained, the hotel staff simply said “We can’t do anything” and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. Their attitude was extremely disappointing, as if this was a completely normal situation.The attached photos/videos show the poor condition and lack of maintenance of the AC.I paid for a comfortable stay after a long journey, but instead got a sleepless and frustrating night. If the hotel cannot provide a properly functioning AC and basic service, they should not charge such high prices for a “Superior Deluxe” room.Very poor maintenance, extremely unhelpful staff, and completely unacceptable for the price.

Very bad experience. This hotel is nowhere close to proper hospitality standards.The rooms were not properly maintained. There were cockroaches roaming around the room. The fan was not working, the telephone was not working, and water was also leaking from the AC.The staff was also very unprofessional. There is no proper grooming or uniform discipline. Some staff members were coming to provide service without even wearing shoes or slippers and were walking around barefoot.The reception staff does not know how to communicate properly with guests. Their way of talking and handling guests was very disappointing.I had been informing the staff since 7:30 AM that I had to leave by 9:00 AM, but my breakfast was brought only at 8:50 AM. The food quality was also very poor.Overall, the service, cleanliness, maintenance, staff grooming and guest handling were all disappointing. I would personally not recommend booking this hotel.
