The approach road to hotel is not good and it’s very inconvénient ,not much facilities for family to enjoy but room and food is good

The receptionists are good at doing their job, quick and prompt service in coordinating 👍😊 Rooms are big, neat and tidy, thank you palm springs for giving us an upgraded room (Executive room facing the poolside) and we loved it 👍👌 Housekeeping do their job pretty well 👍😊 The baggage porter of the hotel is of helping hands during check in and check out 👍😊 What I liked the most is the buffet breakfast, mouth watering and lot of varieties 😍😋👍.👌Swimming pool was another attraction, well maintained and clean water, had some good time with my nephew 😍😊We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay for a day and the Manager was kind enough to offer us a discount, thank you 😊😊I would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone 👍😊 Thank you Palm springs, it was a nice comfortable stay, would visit soon again. Cheers 🥂
