The room had a piece of chewing gum stuck to the floor beside the bed, which appeared to have been there for quite some time. I only noticed it when my baby crawled toward it, which was very concerning and reflected poor housekeeping.After checking out, I had to leave urgently, but my car was blocked in the parking area by vehicles parked behind and beside it. There was no one available at the reception because all the staff, including the security guard, were having breakfast together. Eventually, the manager had to come and help me reverse the car.To make matters worse, despite checking out early and handing over my room key, I received a call at 11:00 a.m. asking me to check out. This clearly indicates a lack of coordination among the staff.Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
The hotel was nice but the services was not good. 1. The towel was direty2. Bathroom shower tap was so hard to use and even bathroom had some died insects. They did repair the shower tap soon3. Slow service, we had to keep calling back again and again to take follow ups on our requests4. There was no shower gel in the room and it was cleaned before we checked in5. Tv remote was not working properly6. Room window was dirty with bird waste7. Plus we ask somethings in the app while booking but it was not accomplished8. We asked them a day earlier that as there is no fridge in our room so we want you to keep the cake in some fridge and we will be doing early check out so we will need it by that time he said he will shift it to the room where there is fridge when we went to him in the early morning for the cake they blame us ki you didnt call me to follow up on this so it is not shifted now we cant do anything. ☠️
The basic amenities like AC was not working they didn’t pay much attention after number of requests causing sweating problems
