I booked but called multiple times to get on call confirmation. Noone received and when received my phone said he will confirm. But I did not get any confirmation.We reached but no welcoming , room was untidy and toiletries not provided.Bed sheet was dirty and full of hair.I told to change but no response. At evening again I told them one staff came and changed that.Geyser was running but suddenly while having bath intentionally they cut the power.So we had bath with cold water.These were so unexpected and very very worst service I have ever seen.would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

They charge extra money and do not inform in prior. No safe parking available. Asked us to park on the road.

Very unprofessional, Rs 500/- wala room Dirty bedding ( गंदे दाग वाला)I felt very dirty when I went with the family!

Insist to pay whole amount immediately on arrival which I paid.But I initially wanted to pay for one day and if I like the hotel wanted to extend the stay accordingly.but because I paid full I had to compulsory stay all 3 days.During power failure ac and geyser will not work but please note there is power failure almost 5 -6 hours a day.Free WiFi but at times wifi also not available unable to connect.asked for room cleaning they said cleaner will come at 10am then no one turned up so I called reception they said first they will clean all check out rooms then your room and finally cleaning done at 4pm that also not upto mark.Bathroom are so slippery as if never washed properly.Morning tea available at 7:45-8:00am earliest that also one day it was raining so they suggested me bahar ja kar pi lena.please note no inhouse restaurant they have.Also just 1 lift is there in which only 3 people can travel at a time so in rush there is a Quee for lift.you can't take stairs because there is lock at 3 rd floor because these people are running this hotel in 2 floor of that building so they have separated the entrance.Also there is a stinking dog kept tied in small area near reception that smell also guests have to tolerate while entering and exiting hotel.My check out was scheduled today 11 am for which from last night staff started giving me reminder that 11 am checkout hai till morning when ever I passed across reception this seemed very unprofessional to me.Also staff is ride.Never consider this hotel as last option also
