My stay at Hotel Bhakti Sankul was terrible. The place was very dirty and not well kept. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful; I had to visit them multiple times, even late at night, just to get basic items like a towel, bedsheet, and proper cleaning. The bathroom lacked essentials like soap and body wash. The price I was charged at check-in was higher than the online rate I booked. Additionally, they unfairly charged me an extra ₹500 for checking out just 30 minutes late, and when I raised concerns, the staff behaved badly and threatened me. The owner dismissed my complaints, saying he was out of town and couldn't help. Overall, this hotel is a scam with dirty rooms, poor service, rude staff, and hidden fees. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

This hotel is not suitable for families. It's an OYO hotel with a 2-hour category, and the bed was the worst. The staff was unprofessional, drinking at the main counter. It was the worst experience. The AC was very bad. Avoid visiting to save your money.
