Very bad experience
We stayed at Bhakti Sankul for 2 days and booked 2 deluxe rooms for 4 people. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had.The first issue started at check-in. The reception staff asked for full payment before allowing us to see the rooms. I requested to check the rooms first and then complete the payment, but they refused.After payment, we were given two deluxe rooms, and the actual problems started:1. The rooms were not properly cleaned.2. The bedsheets had oil stains and dust on them. We requested replacement sheets, and although they changed them in both rooms, the new bedsheets also had similar stains.3. The beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping directly on springs.4. Apart from mineral water, no basic hotel amenities were provided such as bath soap, dental kits, or other essentials that are commonly available in hotels.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.If I could give a negative rating, I would give -10/10.I strongly recommend considering other hotel options if available. I would not recommend choosing Bhakti Sankul.
