I had an extremely disappointing experience at City Pride Hotel, Nashik. The staff was completely inattentive and unresponsive from the very beginning.I had clearly informed them that I was a single guest looking for a deluxe room. They told me that no deluxe rooms were available and pushed me into booking a ’premium deluxe’ room at a higher price. Assuming it would be better, I agreed. But when I entered the room, I was shocked to see two small single beds instead of a proper double bed. This was never communicated beforehand.When I called reception to complain, the response I got was ridiculous ’ they casually said they would ’join the two beds to make it bigger.’ That is not what I paid extra for. If this was the setup, they should have informed me clearly before taking the payment. I had to argue with them, and only because I was in a hurry for an important meeting did I end up adjusting.The problems didn’t stop there. Later in the afternoon, I ordered a chilled water bottle, and it was never delivered ’ not even by evening. That level of negligence is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges premium prices.Overall, this was a very poor and frustrating experience. The service is pathetic, and the pricing is completely unjustified for what they offer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is simply not worth the money.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Very convenient location near the Mumbai naka is perfect. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nashik.
