The Byke Suresh Plaza

I had reserved a stay here via mmt. Due to the heavy rains and red alert in Mumbai, I couldn't make it and therefore canceled the booking and asked for a refund. However, I still haven't received the refund.

Pleasant experience

I stayed here for one day in Nasik. The rooms are fairly average and seem overpriced if you book offline. The service, cleanliness, and amenities were quite poor. The staff didn’t even provide drinking water, and the room key didn’t work despite trying three times. The staff just told us to manage. Also, there was no bathroom kit provided. Overall, it was the worst place to stay in Nasik.

I booked this hotel for a trip with my friends, but there is no parking available. The receptionist was very blunt and unhelpful with our requests. I had stayed at Byke hotels before and had great experiences, which is why I chose this one without hesitation. However, I am very disappointed with the service at the Nashik location. The support and response are poor, and the receptionist seems incapable of handling guests properly. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, despite Byke's reputation for good service. The rooms smelled bad and were untidy. Even the manager did not respond to complaints, and there was no assurance about vehicle safety or room cleanliness. Please address this issue seriously.

Complete waste of money... we chose Byke hotel chain based on the name... no lift was working, no TV, no AC, no restaurant available... the room balcony was very dirty... please avoid this place... zero facilities... better to stay at any lodge instead... Byke is a total disappointment.
