Despite making full payment for the hotel room, the manager denied check-in on the grounds that unmarried couples are not allowed, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel has also refused to process a refund, which is unacceptable.

Hi Team, After making the payment, the hotel did not provide the room and informed me that my booking was cancelled because unmarried couples are not allowed at their hotel. Due to this, I had to book another hotel. However, my payment has still not been refunded. Kindly look into this issue urgently and process my full refund as soon as possible.

I stayed in hotel March 2025 for 3 days which was for 4 person 3500rs per day.Today morning around 5 am we went for searching room and thought to tried the same hotel but this time 3 person single room was for 2000rs. I was like for just 6hrs asking 2k not good. 1000rs is also fine due to there rooms are decent. Not expected ’.Same lane at the end we got for 700rs it was too basic but just to fresh up better to visit there.
