Quality Inn Regency

We 7 of us watched India England SF at Tashkent.Food was good both the snacks & Main course. Our waiter a young girl , probably at the start of her career, gave very good service. Except us only 2/ 3 more guest were there.Drinks, by per 30 ml peg are pricy compared to similar places.We had a good time . Wish if the drink prices are moderated , it will be our favourite place for our monthly dinner.They have a good poolside But it was closed, quite often it remains closed

1-Star Review ’ Quality Inn Nashik ’ Avoid at all costsThis has to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in recent years. We chose Quality Inn thinking the brand name would at least guarantee basic hygiene and decent food. We were horribly wrong.The food in the restaurant (both buffet breakfast and ?? la carte dinner) was straight-up terrible. Everything tasted bland, lifeless, and like it had been sitting out for hours. The dal was watery with zero tempering or salt, the sabzi tasted like boiled vegetables with no masala whatsoever, the paneer was rubbery and sour, and even the most basic items like jeera rice and roti tasted stale. The "continental" section was even worse ’ cold toast, watery scrambled eggs that smelled off, and jam packets that were probably expired. We literally survived on packaged chips and biscuits we bought from outside because the hotel food was inedible. For the price they charge, this level of tasteless, careless cooking is unacceptable.But the worst part was the room's bathroom ’ absolutely filthy and revolting.Black mould all over the grout and silicone sealantHair clumped in the shower drain (multiple days' worth)Brownish stains inside the toilet bowl that clearly hadn't been scrubbed in weeksRusty shower head dripping yellow waterThe floor tiles were sticky and smelled like old urine mixed with cheap phenylNo hot water in the morning despite repeated complaintsWe asked for the bathroom to be properly cleaned twice during our stay. Both times the housekeeping just sprayed some air freshener and left ’ no actual scrubbing, no change of stained towels, nothing. The smell never went away.The room itself had chipped furniture, AC that made more noise than cooling, and bedsheets with mysterious yellow patches. But honestly, after the bathroom experience, we barely wanted to touch anything.Management response when we raised these issues at checkout? A blank face and "sorry sir, we'll look into it" with zero discount, zero apology gesture, nothing. Just took our full payment and moved on to the next guest.Never again. This place is a health hazard masquerading as a 4-star hotel. If you're even thinking about booking Quality Inn Nashik ’ don't. There are dozens of better (and cleaner) options in the city for the same or less money.Worst hotel experience in Nashik. 1 star is generous.

A decent hotel with spacious room and clean bedding. Floor cleaning could have been improved. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Breakfast had less options but okay for my family. Pool was good, my daughter enjoyed swiming. Overall good experience.

Had a very pleasant stay at Quality Inn Regency, Nashik. The service was excellent, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. In-room dining was good in terms of quality, though slightly on the expensive side.A special mention to the restaurant team ’ I arrived late for breakfast around 11 AM, even though the breakfast counter had closed at 10 AM. Despite this, the staff was extremely courteous and accommodating and happily offered me breakfast options of my choice.Overall, it’s a very good hotel for a comfortable stay in Nashik, with warm hospitality and great service. Would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful experience. I enjoyed my stay along with my family early December. Quality Inn hosted the wedding of a family member. We had about 200 guests. Ambiance and rooms were great, staff were great, and food was good. Service could have been better and food could have been hotter since it’s winter time, food got cold. They offered great variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner but just wanted it warmer. Otherwise, the management was good.
