Stayed here for 3 nights. The experience was average and has a mix of positives and negatives.The room condition needs improvement. The ceiling lights were not working, and only one tube light was installed for the entire room, which was not sufficient. Room service was decent, but the landline in the room was not functional, so every time I had to call from my personal phone to place an order.One major concern is the staff responsiveness. Calls are often not answered, especially at night. The night staff seemed quite inactive, which can be frustrating when you need assistance.Also, I would suggest avoiding this hotel if there is a marriage function going on, as DJ noise creates a lot of disturbance.Overall, it’s a budget stay, but do not expect much. Not recommended for business travelers or families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
