Hotel Ninamma Gangtok

I had a very good stay with all important amenities available. The staff were very amicable and it is conveniently located near MG Road. The food served is delicious with excellent hospitality. Although the rooms are small, they are well-maintained.

I strongly agree that this hotel is one of the best in gangtok because It lacks nothing, you say about food it's amazing or the cleanliness of the room it's remarkable. The rooms are so spacious you feel so comfortable.

I completely agree this hotel is among the best in Gangtok since it has everything you could ask for. The food is fantastic, and the rooms are remarkably clean. They are also very spacious, making the stay very comfortable.

’ 0/5 StarsExtremely disappointing experience at Hotel Ninamma.I booked 1 Club Room through Yatra, which clearly accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. During the booking process, I selected 1 guest, but there was no price difference between selecting 1 or 2 guests for the same room category.Upon arrival, the hotel reception demanded an additional ’2,000 for the second adult. When I explained that the room was already designated for 2 adults and 1 child and that the booking price remained the same regardless of selecting 1 or 2 guests, the staff refused to honor the reservation without the extra payment.What made the experience worse was being told that we would not be allowed to enter the property unless we paid the additional amount. This feels unfair, misleading, and completely unacceptable for a confirmed booking.Hotels should respect the room occupancy details and booking terms shown on the platform rather than imposing unexpected charges at check-in. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined the start of our stay.I would not recommend this property due to its poor handling of reservations, lack of transparency in pricing, and unreasonable demand for additional charges at the reception.
