Worst experience ever. Even after paying nearly one lakh for the rooms, they still give careless answers and don't keep their promises. The commercial manager gave a bad response and the service was poor, yet they demand payment upfront. We lost a room key and paid 1000, but when we found the key after 15 hours and returned it, he refused to refund because he said 24 hours had passed and the key was remade. We questioned how a key maker could fix it overnight, so we took the key back. Later, he called us again asking for the key to be returned. I believe the owner should monitor these actions and conduct regular audits.

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026***## ’ (1/5 stars)**Terrible Dinner Experience ’ Stale Food, Curry Less, Too Much Oil**We came to Hotel Ocean Vista Bay in Visakhapatnam **only for dinner** (not to stay), and had a very disappointing experience.**Major Problems with Dinner:**| Issue | Details ||-------|---------|| **Stale Food** | Dinner meals were clearly not fresh ’ tasted old and reheated || **Curry Less** | Very little gravy, under-flavored, lacking taste || **Too Much Oil** | Dishes were overly oily and unappetizing |The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly, but the **food quality is unacceptable**. Stale food and oily, tasteless curry are not acceptable for any restaurant, especially one advertising "fine dining."**Recommendation:** Avoid eating here. The dinner food quality is very poor. There are much better restaurant options on Beach Road in Vizag.***
