HOTEL OM PALACE NEAR MAHANKAL MANDIR

I have never seen a hotel like this, and I would never recommend it to anyone—not because of the staff or service, but because of the condition of the property and the room itself.If there had been an option to give 0 stars or even a negative rating, I would have chosen that. The photos shown on Agoda are completely misleading and look nothing like the actual property.The only basic amenities provided were an air conditioner and a geyser. The room had mosquitoes, the bedsheets were dirty, no toiletries were provided, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. One of the biggest disappointments was that there wasn’t even a proper roof or covered walkway outside the rooms, making the stay very uncomfortable.The list of issues is much longer, but overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise future guests not to rely on the photos and to consider other options before booking.

The rooms were terrible and the bathrooms were unusable. The owner took 2000 rupees from us as an advance, but when we were disappointed and requested a refund because the rooms were substandard, they refused and said they wouldn't return the money no matter what we did.

Good location but the owner seems upset!

Avoid booking this hotel unless you have no other choice. The owner, Rohit Bansal, was very kind and helpful before booking, but his behavior completely changed once we arrived. We asked for an early check-in, and even though there were empty rooms, he refused to let us in. Instead, he made my family use a dirty driver's restroom and charged us an unreasonable ₹700 just to use the toilet. The cleanliness is terrible. There were many lizards around, a bad smell in the rooms, and the bathrooms were not cleaned until noon. The bedsheets and pillows were clearly dirty. Cleanliness is a major issue here. Stay away from this place!
