Hotel Panchavady

If you want substandard food please order from this Hotel. I made the mistake of ordering a Chicken Biryani from Panchavady hotel and got a mix of biryani rice with chicken curry splashed on top. They were generous enough to place two small chicken curry pieces on top. The quantity was half of what they serve in restaurant. I was definitely disappointed like any hungry Malayalee and called their restaurant. The generously rude manager asked me too all two hours later and barely heard me before cutting the call.So on top of shitty food I had to suffer the bad attitude of their staff too. If you want the same experience do order from this substandard hotel. And if you still don't believe me do look at the pictures and enjoy their generosity.

My first time in India and Kerala from the uk. The location is in the heart of the city making it accessible to any service in the surrounding area. The rooms are lovely with perfect AC to protect from the heat, big queen size bed, lovely shower and bidet. There’s an in-house restaurant that serves the most gorgeous food that caters to vegans, veggies and non veg. I really recommend gobi Manchurian and veg briyani. Even a bar that has any drink you need if you’re feeling cheeky have a beer tower. Most importantly the staff are the kindest I’ve meet and I work in hospitality, I’ve learnt how to truly look after a guest from them. Any problem you have they take care off. Will have a lovely chat with you say hi all from security, manager, reception, restaurant staff all are amazing people with kind and gorgeous souls. My time in Kerala would not have been as good without these people and hotel knowing I have a home to come back too. If you’re in the area come stay here 100/10 stay. One of the worst and unethical hotels in town. Had a booking done for specific dates and they cancelled those without our consent stating the hotel is suddenly gonna undergo renovation. That too when we called from outside only they told this. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell this out. I feel it's a tactic to increase the price and rent it again on the same dates as there is a huge demand on these dates. Completely unethical behaviour. Worst place ever!!
