This resort is stunning. The staff are wonderful, kind, and welcoming. The food is excellent, with a great selection for vegetarians and very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here! Thank you!

Pros: Conveniently located near NH roadside, easy to reach. Close to Kumarakom boating (10 minutes) and Malarikkal (around 30 minutes). The large hall is suitable for corporate events, with bars and hotels nearby. Cons: Food choices are limited, pricey, portions are small, and taste is average. Maintenance and cleanliness are lacking; cow dung was found on the lawn, the pool is dirty and has no lighting at night. Service is very poor: no hot water at night due to an "old mechanism," breakfast items were not replenished, and plates left overnight were only cleared in the morning. Overall, not recommended for a family trip as better-maintained options exist nearby.

I reserved this place hoping for a tranquil heritage resort stay, but sadly it became one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. The initial room had multiple problems, so after I raised concerns, the hotel agreed to move me to another room. Sadly, the new room was just as bad. It had peeling paint, water damage on the walls, worn and dirty wooden floors that seemed neglected, poor cleanliness, and an air conditioner that ran long but didn’t cool the room well, making it uncomfortable. The upkeep was far below what you'd expect from a high-priced resort. What upset me more was the front desk's response. When I told them the room phone didn’t work and the reception number shown was disconnected, instead of apologizing or fixing it, they said it was the old manager’s number. I pointed out it should have been updated long ago after the manager left. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with outdated contact info when trying to reach reception. Although they did move us, the replacement room still had serious maintenance and cleanliness problems. We ended up leaving and finding other accommodation. The only good thing about this hotel is its beautiful location, which is excellent. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance, broken room facilities, ineffective air conditioning, and unprofessional service ruined the experience. I truly hope management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and staff training because the place has potential, but in its current state, I can’t recommend it.

Amazing experience and hospitality.I would recommend having food from the resort rather than near by hotels.The quality of food is amazing. Ask for the daily catch for seafood.Biriyani was a delicious treat.
