Terrible service. Despite notifying the manager, no one answers the phone for room service. They are late and causing significant inconvenience. The rooms and beds at Mansion Court remain unclean.

The parking staff showed a poor attitude. It felt like expecting a suitable parking spot for a “small car” was asking too much. Their behavior was uncalled for, making the whole experience quite disappointing. I hope things get better moving forward. Wishing you success in your future efforts.

The rooms are nice but lack sound insulation. There is no breakfast, and no shower gel or shampoo provided in the shower. The beds are comfortable. There were also mosquitoes present.
