I had a very disappointing experience at Pradeep Hotel palace.The service was extremely poor. I ordered a cup of tea and had to wait for more than 25 minutes, yet it was never served.When I asked the staff about the delay, instead of resolving the issue, they gave careless excuses, saying that no one was available and the tea would only be made when someone was free. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Basic service like serving tea should not take this long, and such behavior shows a lack of management and customer respect. I would not recommend this place if you expect even a minimum level of service.

Stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience.The rooms were decent and the washroom was clean and well maintained. There was a slight smell in the room initially, but the service staff responded promptly and resolved the issue by using a room freshener. Basic utilities like drinking water, soap, toothbrush, and other essentials were readily available. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff was supportive and responsive.

I am staying at this hotel in a Deluxe Room, but the experience has been disappointing. Basic amenities like a dental kit and room slippers are charged separately, which is surprising for a Deluxe category room.I travel frequently, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such charges for basic amenities. Overall, not a satisfactory stay. This was my first and last booking at this hotel.
