My stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work, and despite switching rooms three times, the issue remained unresolved. This problem requires immediate attention. The bathroom was also lacking; there was no bucket or overhead shower, just a hand shower, which was very inconvenient. The staff were the only good part of my experience—they were courteous, helpful, and tried their best to help. Still, the hotel management must enhance room upkeep and bathroom amenities.
