The room was quite big( deluxe), staff was very supportive, food was good. Aditya at reception was very helpful. They need to improve maintenance and should provide good quality towels. But overall a good experience as Agoda offered a very reasonable price.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and the hotel's location is definitely a plus point.However, there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. RO drinking water was provided only after multiple follow-ups with room service. Also, the TV in the room was not working. When we reported it, we were informed that TV service was not functional across the entire hotel.If TV facilities are unavailable, the hotel should avoid listing them on booking portals or clearly communicate this to guests in advance. It creates unnecessary expectations and can be disappointing when promised amenities are not actually available.Apart from these concerns, the stay was satisfactory.
