Room size is good but not much else. More maintenance of the utilities (bath fittings, lights, wall paint, wash basin) in the room & a little more cleanliness is required. Overall Ok.

I booked a room for my sons for next day exam. In booking the breakfast is complimentry but in the morning the hotel staff told that it is paid. This is clearly cheating. Rooms are average. Cleaniness and hygiene are average. Not recommended for comfortable stay.
