Hotel President New Court

The hotel’s car parking is an issue which it should work on, and its location is opposite to district court which makes the area very busy during working hours of the day, and the hotel also needs to control on smoke smell coming from their interiors and rooms which makes it very uncomfortable.

First they cheated by providing normal rooms as I booked through MMT super deluxe and the charges for the same ...There was no washroom stuffs in the washroomI booked with dinner and breakfast both ..they promised for buffet on dinner which was not there ..they didn't provide breakfast just because I was little bit late as they denied to serve in the room ....worst worst hotel to stay

Yesterday, I had a dinner over there. Quality of food was bad. Mix Veg was full of ghee/oil. Roti/chapati was excessively burnt.

Nightmare exprence at this hotel as I was staying with my wife and minor Daughter. since their shower was broken we requested for supply of hot water by buckets. Did not supply the same for 2 hours. Because we called MakeMyTrip help line number. The manager ordered us to vacate the room midnight at 12.15 AM.we had to call punjab police for help and only when we could stay here .

The hotel is reasonable and the staff is good but the only concern is that they are selling a local brand water bottle priced at 20/- for 74/-.Atleast provide a good quality if you want to charge beyond the MRP.
