Radisson Hotel Jalandhar

We have been here a week and enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone is very nice, the food has been delicious as well. We ate the breakfast every day and had no problems. I especially loved the laundry service and housekeeping, they did fantastic. We stayed on 5th floor and thank the housekeeping on that floor for the hard work.

Its always very comfortabe stay at Raddisson's . In dinning area Daljeet served us with breakfast. She was very proffesional and fast. She helped me making choices for lunch. With her great knowledge about menu. It made me felt very comfortable. Definately a good member in the team. " Beetroot Halwa was amazing ".

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not Expected from RadissonI stayed at Radisson Jalandhar from 17th to 18th, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a brand like Radisson.To begin with, the check-in experience was poor. The receptionist, Jobanpreet, was very casual and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no welcome, and not even a basic courtesy like offering a glass of water during check-in.Prior to arrival, I had spoken to a lady named Angel at the reception regarding a request. Even after reaching the hotel, that request was not taken care of. When I asked Jobanpreet about it, his response was extremely casual ’ ’karva dine aa sir’ ’ which is not acceptable in a hotel of this category.I had also pre-ordered a cake. Upon asking about it at the reception, instead of checking the system or assisting, Jobanpreet simply said, ’woh aap restaurant se pata kar lo’. This response was shocking. Is this the level of service Radisson offers?I escalated the issue to the Manager, Lalit, and explained the entire situation, but nothing changed. No follow-up, no clarification, and no one bothered to inform me about the cake.Later at night, when I entered the room, I noticed that the mini bar was completely empty, which again was surprising. At 11:53 PM, I tried calling at the Reception, Duty Manager, and Room Service to enquire about the cake ’ all numbers were engaged, and no one responded.In the morning, I found that only one dental kit was provided in the room. Even during breakfast, the staff behavior remained casual and inattentive. Moreover, the breakfast quality was not fresh, which is againunacceptable for a hotel of this stature.Overall, it was a very bad and pathetic experience. This stay did not reflect the quality, hospitality, or professionalism expected from Radisson. Extremely disappointed.

I stayed here recently with my wife and baby and was very disappointed. From the moment we arrived there was no warm welcome, which felt unprofessional and uninviting. I even requested a late checkout (just one hour extra) due to a late flight, but was told nothing could be done ’ staff were unhelpful and lacked any sense of hospitality.Breakfast was also very poor ’ the selection was extremely limited and it was difficult to find staff for assistance. The standard was nowhere near what you would expect from a Radisson hotel.Overall, I would rate my stay 4/10. Sadly, I won’t be returning, as the whole experience lacked warmth, professionalism, and customer focus.

Didn't liked the dinner. Paid high amount for pathetic dinner, and didn't liked the way reception staff handled the feedback. Seniors manager left the counter the moment we gave the feedback. They should have acknowledged the same, but they were not interested.
