Bloom Hotel - Jalandhar

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient. The food quality was also very good, with a nice variety and excellent taste.I would like to specially mention Ms. Neeru from the reception. She was extremely helpful, humble, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm smile and positive attitude made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you to her for the fabulous hospitality and excellent service.Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to visiting again soon.

This is our favourite hotel in Jalandhar. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds, always assures good sleep. Honest and trustworthy staff. On check out we forgot our phone in the room. A staff member came running out with our phone as we were about to leave. That's what sets them apart from others. Our thanks to the whole team.
