Regent Park Hotel

I had a terrible experience at Regent Park Hotel. The staff, especially Chadhary Shaab, was very rude and unhelpful. When I tried to speak , he seemed frustrated and didn't want to assist me properly. I do not recommend this hotel due to their poor service and behavior.

The Regent Park Hotel provides good space, friendly hospitality, and ample parking, which definitely make it a comfortable place to stay. The staff and services are reliable, and there’s a sense of organised hospitality.On the downside ’ the turn inside the main gate is a bit risky because of a blind spot, which can be dangerous for cars coming from behind (especially at night), so one should be extra careful while entering or exiting.Overall, if you want good hospitality and ease of parking, it’s a decent option ’ just be cautious at entry/exit time.

Stayed for two nights, hotel is good for marriage & other functions. Lot of space & many halls. Room was good, breakfast was okay, didn’t like wastage of water in bathroom waiting for hot water

Complete scamOnly the morning staff of the reception is nice the rest is arrogant and absolutely incapable.Parts of the hotel are freshly renovated and look nice but ’.1) you have to ask for everything even if it is complementary. Like bottled water or toilet paper - every day!It is so annoying to have to go to the reception everyday to ask for a bottle water or toilet paper.2) they charge you for everything extra and promise everything you want when check in and then do not provide it so you have to argue.3) if you argue that you have paid extra for a certain service. First, instead of providing it, they tell you to chill. And then you have to ask every day for it.4) they charged additionally 500 plus taxes for breakfast per night but then didn’t offer breakfast without informing you as a guest. They just do as they please. So you end up being super hungry and going to the restaurant to find everything in the dark. But there is a very nice old man who helps out and can make an omelet and a toast. Still nothing worth paying 500 INR.5) no warm water after midnight. If you try to complain nobody responds. Your own problem if you decide to shower after midnight6) the glasses were dirty, the paint fell off the wall even in the fancy freshly renovated room7) if you end up staying there for a wedding you will have to endure the hotel if not DON’T stay there ever.8) cause there is party all night long and the noises are very loud

A really good 3 star hotel with spacious parking space and a Bar located at its entrance.Location is convenient and rooms are very neat and clean.
