Overall a good experience, though it lacked the authentic village atmosphere. Most things didn't feel original. The food, however, was excellent. The ticket price is high, but considering the unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, it is worth it.

This was the worst hotel experience we've had. We spent almost 3 hours waiting in the lobby for staff assistance. When we finally got to our room, it had a strong smell of dampness, mold, and moisture. The hallways showed clear signs of algae or fungal growth, peeling paint, and serious damp issues. The operations manager was very rude and ignored our complaints. Although we were promised a refund for our booking, it never came through, and the reservation was marked as "completed" as if we had stayed normally. MakeMyTrip was no help either. They claimed to have contacted the hotel, but the hotel insisted MakeMyTrip needed to handle the matter. We were bounced back and forth between them with no resolution. The property is awful, the service is terrible, and the way the situation was handled is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
