My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well kept, and the hospitality throughout was top-notch. I want to especially thank Pooja for her exceptional service at breakfast. She was friendly, attentive, and always welcomed us with a smile, making each morning enjoyable. Her professionalism and sincere care really made us feel appreciated as guests. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable experience. I would certainly suggest this hotel and am eager to return.

The staff, particularly Pooja, were very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The location is ideal for visiting the Golden Temple.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I am completely disappointed with the staff's behavior, especially Ramandeep Kaur Madam at the front desk. She spoke to us very arrogantly. We booked an executive king bed room, but she gave us a regular room. When we asked to change the room, she responded rudely and said no other rooms were available. The property itself is good, but because of Ramandeep Madam, I strongly advise against staying here as she clearly doesn't know how to treat guests. Truly the worst experience ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.

Good hotel in Amritsar. The staff are friendly. Pooja in the restaurant area is also pleasant.

Overall, it was a great experience. There was a problem with the assigned room, but the staff handled it politely and professionally, finding the best possible solution. The breakfast and pool were also some of the nice amenities offered by the hotel.
