Family • India • Sep 2026ਅੱਜ **Clarion Inn Restaurant** ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾਜਨਕ ਰਿਹਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ **ਨਿਸ਼ਾਂਤ** ਦਾ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਾਜਬ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਿਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਗਰਮ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਗਰਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੂਲਰ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਕੂਲਰ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਚੰਗੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਖਾਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਸਟਮਰ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

ਅੱਜ **Clarion Inn Restaurant** ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾਜਨਕ ਰਿਹਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ **ਨਿਸ਼ਾਂਤ** ਦਾ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਾਜਬ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਬਿਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਗਰਮ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਗਰਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੂਲਰ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਕੂਲਰ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਹੋਟਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਚੰਗੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਖਾਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਸਟਮਰ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

My visit to Clarion Inn Restaurant today was quite disappointing. Initially, the manager Nishant denied us entry despite having a reference and being frequent visitors during Mukesh's management, who was always courteous and welcoming. Once inside, we were seated in a very hot spot, and when we asked for a cooler, we were told there was only one in the entire hotel. This level of service is not what I expect from Clarion Inn. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and the customer service was poor. Nishant also insulted us as locals, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone after such a negative experience with him and another staff member in a black coat.
