Great Stay with Amazing ServiceHad a really nice time at HOTEL RIYALS GRAND GALAXY. The buffet was huge, and most of it was at live stations, which made it feel super fresh. The service was quick and on point’really impressive!The staff was very polite and went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The property isn’t very big, so don’t expect massive gardens, but there’s a lovely sit-out area next to the breakfast spot, which was perfect for a relaxed start to the day.The rooms were surprisingly spacious and really comfy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for excellent service and a cozy stay.

Worst hotel I ever seen in my life... No words to explain this hotel... I think the 5 star reviews are fake... Either from staff or paid... Worst is too small for how dirty this hotel is everywhere... We had to go here because of our bad holiday booking with Himalyan Space tours and travels... When we raised concerns, both the hotel and travel agent didn't care and gave no help... Just one example, we couldn't even use the washrooms there, had to wait till we reached the airport.... You can imagine how dirty this hotel is.. if you see their restaurant, you will vomit and not eat for a week..... Pathetic.
