Hotel with a positive experience.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location was excellent.

Our train was late by around 19 hours, so we missed the first day of our booking and only reached the hotel around 10 a.m. on the day we were supposed to check out. Because of this, we had to extend our stay. The hotel staff showed absolutely no empathy or understanding toward our situation and were extremely rude.Our experience was ruined by several major issues:1. Billing Errors: We were mischarged around 2,500 rupees. The bill included charges for non-vegetarian items that we never ordered, as our entire family is strictly vegetarian. These charges were unapologetically added to our bill.2. Unclean Facilities and Rude Service: On our second day, my brother asked to have the washroom cleaned so he could take a shower. The staff rudely refused, telling him it was almost 11 a.m. and we should just check out instead of showering.3. Hostile Staff: This refusal was our breaking point. When we confronted the staff, they refused to acknowledge any issue, claiming they did nothing wrong and that we should have already checked out’even though our scheduled check-out time was actually 1 p.m.If you are thinking of staying here, I highly recommend reconsidering your plans. Between the mischarged bills, unclean washrooms, refusal to provide basic service, and complete lack of respect, this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Between the incorrect bills, dirty washrooms, refusal to provide basic services, and total lack of respect, this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

I stayed at Hotel Amritsar International in a Deluxe Room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.The room had a study desk but no windows, making it feel closed and poorly ventilated. The biggest concern was privacy’hotel staff entered our room while we were away, later explaining it was due to a pipe leakage. Regardless of the reason, entering a guest’s room without prior permission or proper communication is unacceptable.On the last day of our stay, the AC stopped working, and the water from the taps turned black, which was very concerning.I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that. The hotel’s location also felt a bit shabby and wasn’t as appealing as expected.Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations due to the privacy issues, maintenance problems, and room conditions. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience.
