The room was not clean at all at the time we checked in we even called at the reception they replied they don't have staff available right now. Even I called the property owner 4 hour before and confirmed the time we may check in. The location is very scary and it's not at all safe. The moment you step out of hotel people starr and there were many snachers on bike riding like a horse.
I want to point out some issues as a caution for future guests about the service and amenities during my stay. The staff service was generally disappointing. I asked for Wi-Fi access at reception, but it was never provided all day. Even after informing the team, no one came to fix the problem. Also, the washroom door lock was broken, and the locker in Room 301 was damaged. Despite reporting these problems, no effective action was taken. Furthermore, I was charged ₹84 for two Kinley water bottles, while the usual price is about ₹40 for two. I am sharing the bill for your review. Please address these matters promptly. If you are planning to book, I suggest you reconsider.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and booked 2 rooms - Deluxe Triple Bed and 1 Super Deluxe bedroom. Rooms are decent in size and staff was very supportive. It is located in city center for easy access.Cons-Bedsheet and bath towels were not cleaned properly. Manager reluctant to extend extra 3 hours for our check out request. Hotel is not located on the main road and you have to walk inside slightly. Overall it was good for short stay.
