Hotel Amritsar International

Hotels staff are not cooperative I have booked through Yatra with breakfast and dinner,but hotels have not provided dinner and said only breakfast included in your booking ask Yatra hotel are not responsible.When we confirm from Yatra they said dinner and breakfast both included and they are trying to connect with hotel but they have not picked the phone.When we asked hotel to please share our booking details where mentioned only breakfast included but they have never seen to usAnd not confirm on mail also when we requested to hotel provide details on our registers mail I’d.We have requested to all never visit this type of property which they are not cooperative and supportive even after paid not provided services.Worst hotel’

photos looks good but walls sealant, we booked 4 rooms and not a single geyser were working. multiple request no help. All remotes were not working. for TV, had to call many time. They clearly says that if you book online..you will suffer.

Worst service. We booked Stay along with breakfast and dinner, via Yatra.com...at 10 PM hotel staff informed that there is no dinner included. I showed booked confirmation mail clearly showed included items, they did noylt accept. Even Yatra accepted full bookings. It's a scam. Family should not book this hotel.

Gpod experience, we booked 2 rooms through make my trip. There was no confusions, no extra payment. Everything went well. There's a hotel at the top floor. The food was also tasty. The bus stand is just opposite. Golden temple and Jallianwalabag memorial is within 1 km.

Had a nice experience at amritsar international. Its located near city centre bus stand, the hotel doesn't have its own parking area, rather you can park your car at the bus stand or infront of hotel. The room was nice and clean. The staff was also good especially shubham was always helpful and nice. Our room had ac and WiFi is available too for each floor. I would love to visit again. :)
