Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar

This was the worst experience, and I never want to stay here again. The AC stopped working, and the lights went out in both of our rooms for about an hour. When I went downstairs, the breaker was tripped. They fixed the lights around midnight, but now the AC isn't working again. It's really frustrating.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The service provided was top-notch, with all staff members being polite and professional. I want to especially thank Jagdeep and Priyanshu for their outstanding hospitality. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with a smile, which made my visit both comfortable and unforgettable. Their commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction is remarkable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcomed. The buffet was definitely one of the highlights, with a great variety of dishes and plenty of options to choose from.
