We received a free upgrade to a Marriott Apartment Studio which is in the same building. Absolutely stunning property. Facilities, F&B and staff fantastic. Can highly recommend.
I am quite unhappy with my stay at Four Points by Sheraton. I was charged ₹6,000 for a taxi ride to the Wagah Border, even though the usual fare is about ₹1,500. What's worse, the taxi arranged by the hotel took us to a specific shop where we were heavily pushed to buy things. I ended up spending a lot, but the quality and value were not worth the price. I urge the hotel management and the responsible company to thoroughly look into how these taxi services and shop visits are managed. Guests trust the hotel when they use recommended services, and that trust should not be broken.
