We stayed in Myra Grand for 4 nights and 5 days. The rooms didn't have any ventilation except A.C. Even the corridors do not have any open window. They didn't provide any toiletries except a single towel for 2 people. There was no hot water and when I asked for it, they said we do not have that facility.
Rooms are different than shown, ACs don't work even when temperature outside otls 42, we checked 3 rooms and fridge is unserveciable. Jet sparys of wahrooms don't work. No slippers given
Hotel locked on arrival , after informing them, safety hazard as well. Filthy , no hot water , no towels, no English speaking , toilet broken , no toilet paper, tomorrow is another day , attitude, of staff, no aircon, tv not operational , breakfast variety limited, all in all needs to be removed from Agoda.
